Birthday cakes are a feat of nature. They either work or they don't. I had major plans for this cake, and although it came out alright was not the complete plan I had envisioned. But the major factor in it was that everytime I tried to frost one part, or add something else to the cake, Jackson would take a tractor and drive it over the top, or through the side, under the bottom. He also demanded that the little guy on the second layer and all his signs be included. So for making the cake with a three year old the fact that it stood up at all was a complete surprise!
